Application Details

This product is Ready-To-Use. No dilution is required. Shake well before using. Sweep clean then wet surface with water before applying product.

For vertical surfaces, work from bottom to top. Apply product evenly with brush, roller or garden sprayer. Product may damage metal components of spray equipment. Allow product to stand for 20–30 minutes then scrub surface with nylon brush. Make sure to keep surface wet and do not use a wire brush. Rinse surface and adjacent areas using highest pressure from hose. Allow surface to dry 24–48 hours before staining or painting. Rinse tools and spray equipment thoroughly with water. Store in a cool, dry location in a tightly closed plastic container.

Coverage

One gallon will clean approximately 250 sq. ft. or 23.2 sq. meters. Coverage will vary depending on type, age and texture of wood.

Area Preparation

Spray all plants and vegetation liberally with water before and after application. Cover delicate vegetation to avoid damage.

WARNING! If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you may release lead dust or fumes. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST OR FUMES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a properly fitted NIOSH-approved respirator and prevent skin contact to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop.
